Get rid of the software that is incompatible

If your software is not compatible with Office 365, follow the steps below to remove them:

• In the Connections settings, type 'outlook.office365.com' Check the box below 'Only connect to proxy servers that have this principal name in their certificate. In the field below, type 'msstd:outlook.com'

• Check all the boxes that are below. In the drop-down menu below, select Basic Authentication option. Click OK.

Now go to «More Settings» and click the «Outgoing Server» tab.
Always enable authentication for your outgoing mail server. The simplest option is to select «Use same settings as my incoming mail server»

Then click the «Advanced» tab to check the encryption settings.

Click «OK» to confirm the settings and then «Next». The account settings will then be checked, and you will see a success notification if the account has been set up properly.
